Why we made the recipe

We have all been there, when we buy too many bananas at the shops and soon before we know it… they have turned brown - where they are not nice to eat but also you feel bad throwing them away. 

Which means it's time for BANANA BREAD!


What we loved

Another classic fan favourite recipe. I really do believe this banana bread never fails to hit the spot! This recipe is simple, fast and easy to make with a lot of ingredients that are staples in a kitchen! 


This banana bread is light and fluffy, so easy to eat with a warm cup of tea or milk. I love that you can tailor how sweet you’d like the flavour to be with the amount of sugar added into the batter. 

The website also shows a range of ways that you can make a classic banana bread more fun and unique. We love to add walnuts to the top for an extra crunch or even a simple sugar crumble for an extra sweet treat! 


Once placed in the oven all you have to do is wait for your house to become homey with a sweet smell of love baked within food!
